Exchange Policy

At Jersey Copia, we strive to deliver premium-quality jerseys and ensure customer satisfaction with every order. To maintain our quality standards, we currently offer exchanges only.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, inserts, and any items provided in the parcel.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

What Can Be Exchanged

Exchanges may be requested for:

  • Incorrect size received

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged products received during delivery

  • Incorrect item received

Product Condition Requirement

The product must be returned in its original condition. Any item that shows signs of use, washing, damage, odor, alterations, missing tags, or missing packaging/components will not qualify for an exchange.

Availability Clause

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable:

  • You may choose another product of equal value, or

  • Receive store credit for future purchases.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for exchange, and clear photos/videos of the product (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

  4. Once approved, the item must be returned as instructed.

Processing Time

Approved exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Important Notes

  • Reverse pickup may be available depending on your location.

  • In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back to us.

  • Jersey Copia reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
